How do I log in to the partner dashboard?
To access your dashboard, go to: https://www.egym.com/mvc/login
(you may want to save this link as a bookmark).
In the Operator section, click Login.
A new page will open. Then select Forgot password to set up your password.
I forgot my password — what should I do?
Click the password reset link available on the login page.
You will receive an email allowing you to create a new password.
I get an error message when trying to reset my password
If your email address has not yet been set up in our system, an error message will appear when you try to generate a new password.
In this case, please contact us so we can set up your access.
I did not receive the password reset email — what should I do?
Check your spam or junk mail folder.
Make sure the email address entered is correct. This is the email address we shared with you in the message you received when your partner account was activated.
If needed, contact us by email and we can send you a new reset link.
I would like to create a new access for a colleague — how can I do that?
Send us an email at partenaires-fr@egym-wellpass.com including:
the email address to add
the first and last name of the person
We will send them an email so they can complete the setup of their access.
