Member activity
The Member Activity section allows you to view all your past and upcoming bookings, along with their status: registered, cancelled, no-show, etc.
In this section, you can:
Search for a member using their first or last name
Search for bookings within a specific time period
Payments
The Payments section provides a detailed overview of your earnings, your accounting documents, and your paid activity.
Download your credit notes
You can find and download all your credit notes issued since August 2025.
If you need accounting documents from before this date, simply email us and specify the relevant period: partenaires-fr@egym-wellpass.com
Track your earnings
You can:
View the amount earned during the last month
See the total number of paid sessions
Track the evolution of your earnings over recent months
