Where can I see my bookings?

To view your bookings, log in to your EGYM Wellpass Dashboard:

Where can I find my bookings?

In the Sales tab, you will find your bookings with the following information:

  • The user’s first and last name

  • The date and time of the session

  • The booking status: pending request, confirmed, cancelled, no-show, etc.

You can also filter these bookings by name, date, or status (booked, used, cancelled, expired, etc.).

Do you have multiple locations?

Don’t forget to select the desired location from the dropdown menu at the top.

Where can I find my bookings from before August 2025?

We were not able to import all of your bookings into the new dashboard. If you need to access older bookings:

  • You can find them on the old dashboard

  • Or feel free to contact us.
