What is a schedule connection?
Management software (or ERP) is the tool you use daily to manage your facility: it centralizes your schedule, memberships, and bookings.
By connecting it to EGYM Wellpass, our two systems communicate automatically. Your time slots update on their own, and your bookings are recorded automatically.

If you already work with one of these ERPs, but your schedule is not yet connected to Wellpass, you must enable access rights with your ERP provider.
If you are not yet a client of one of these ERPs, contact us so we can help you.
⚠️ Important: ERP ≠ photos on your listing page Mindbody and other management software (ERP) are only used to synchronize your schedules and bookings. They do not allow you to upload or edit the photos on your facility's listing. To change your photos, opening hours, or listing description, please refer to the article "How to update my listing information?"
💡 Bonus tip: Once the connection is active, you no longer need to manually validate requests on your dashboard. Everything is synchronized automatically, reducing the risk of errors or double bookings to zero!
