If your schedule is connected to EGYM Wellpass
Do you use a booking system such as Deciplus, Bsport, Resamania, Mindbody, Liberfit, or Sportigo?
Users can view your schedule in real time and register directly for your classes.
How to cancel a connected time slot
When you cancel an entire time slot in your booking system (for example: Reformer class on 18/03 at 6:30 PM):
EGYM Wellpass will automatically:
Notify all registered users by email
Automatically refund their passes
Update the status to “Cancelled by the manager” on your partner dashboard
Check the cancellation
Open your EGYM Wellpass partner dashboard
Search for the relevant passes
Make sure the status shows “Cancelled by the manager”
⚠️ Please note: this will not work if you cancel each booking individually.
If your schedule is not connected to EGYM Wellpass
Do you manage your time slots manually? In that case, we will need to process the cancellation for you.
Request a cancellation
Send us an email at partenaires-fr@egym-wellpass.com or partenaires-be@egym-wellpass.com with:
The date and time of the time slot to cancel
The first and last name of the affected users
The reason for the cancellation (optional)
After receiving your email, we will:
Cancel all affected passes
Notify the registered users
Refund the passes
