Between the 5th and 10th of each month, your credit note is made available on your Business Suite. It corresponds to the visits made by users during the previous month.
Example: The credit note available on February 6th corresponds to visits made in January.
Downloading my documents from the Business Suite
You can view and download your credit notes issued since August 2025 at any time and securely from the Payment tab of your partner portal.
For credit notes prior to August 2025:
These older documents are not available on your Business Suite. If you need them for your accounting, simply send us an email request specifying the period concerned.
A message indicates that you do not have access rights:
If a message appears regarding your permissions on this page, the manager of your establishment must contact us by email. They simply need to ask us to grant access to the email address you are logged in with.
