When will I receive my payment?
Your payment is made at the beginning of the month, between the 5th and the 10th, by bank transfer. This payment always covers the previous month.
For example: for visits that took place in January, you will receive your payment at the beginning of February.
What is the amount of my payment?
Your credit note will be available on your partner dashboard a few days before you receive your bank transfer.
I have not received my payment
If you have not received your transfer within the usual timeframe, first check your credit note to confirm the amount due, then contact us.
