How do I change my bank details?
If you change your bank account, please send us an email with the following:
Your new bank details (RIB) in PDF format
The name of your account, exactly as it appears on your partner dashboard
Where should I send my information?

When will the change take effect?
Once our team has updated your bank details, your future payments will automatically be sent to the new account.
To ensure the change is applied for the current month, please send your new bank details before the end of the previous month.
